- Place the mask in a plastic bag and store it in the refrigerator crisper for 30–60 minutes, or in the freezer for 15–30 minutes.

- Remove and gently massage the mask with your hands until it reaches a comfortable temperature.

- Ensure the gel beads are flexible before placing it on the face.

Hot Compress

Perfect for relieving sinus pressure, tension, and improving circulation.

- Heat the mask in the microwave at medium-low power for 10 seconds.

- If additional heat is needed, continue heating in 10-second intervals only.

- Do not microwave for 1–2 minutes at once, and never overheat.

- Allow the mask to cool before reheating again.
